POWER YOGA - This dynamic yoga flow combines traditional yoga postures and sound physiological principles designed to give you an incredible workout. All levels welcome, all postures can be modified. This class is sure to be transformational. These are the ONLY classes that are heated to approximately 80 degrees.
HATHA YOGA - An inviting class that builds energy slowly. A great class for beginners and for those students who want to deepen their yoga practice with slower movements and longer holds. Classes are not heated.
ALL LEVEL FLOW - This class is designed for students who are looking for a more moderate paced yoga practice. This class incorporates postures designed to increase flexibility, strength, and balance while taking time to ensure proper alignment. Each class is unique and appropriate for all levels.
CHAIR YOGA - This class is great practice for everybody! Whether you need the chair for just one pose or your whole practice, it is there for your support. As with all types of yoga, this class can help reduce stress and improve mental clarity through breath work & mindful movement. Regular participation in this class will improve core strength, mobility and balance. Also a great opportunity to create connection and socialize!
YIN YOGA - Yin Yoga is primarily all seated postures. Each pose is held for 3-8 minutes to allow a deep massage and unraveling of the connective tissues. Highly therapeutic + promotes deeper sleep! Yin is also a great practice to increase mobility and range of motion in the body. All levels welcome.
RESTORATIVE - This practice is a deeply relaxing class designed to restore the nervous system and help release tension and stress from the body and mind. We use props to support the postures, while gently stretching the body and focusing on the breath. This class is appropriate for ALL.
BODYSTRONG - These sculpt-based classes are a total body workout designed to increase energy & tone every major muscle group in the body. We will incorporate breath to movement with optional free weights added to the mix to build strength and intensity. Looking for a physical challenge? This class will BRING IT! ALL LEVELS WELCOME.
