Jessica Jeffery - Owner of Royal Yoga Studio

Jess is a 200HR-RYT with an additional 20 hour certification in the practice of Yin Yoga. A 24HR Certification in YogaLete - Yoga for Athletes. As well as 20Hr Certification in Kids Yoga. She did her 200 Hr training through Toledo Yoga, a certified Baptiste Power Yoga studio.
Jess first started practicing yoga after she had her second child. Yoga brought her from an overwhelming place of postpartum pain to running, playing and doing handstands with her kids. She understands the importance of finding empowering ways to move our bodies to remain active in the lives of the people that we love.

From Shannon - I live, dream and practice some aspect of fitness in my everyday life. I fell in love with running a few years back, completing 20 half marathons since I first laced-up my shoes. I enjoy challenging myself to personal goals to become a better stronger version of myself. YOGA is a new chapter in my fitness journey, recently becoming a 200-Hour certified teacher. I truly believe that yoga found me for a specific reason, and I live to share that with my students.
I have two sons and a daughter, and finding that balance for family and a career is tough sometimes but I believe that finding time for yourself and your health is very important, and a great example for my family and friends.

Chloe Stevenson

Chloe is no stranger to the mat nor to the village of Blissfield. Having returned to her hometown after working throughout the US, Italy, France, Germany, Wales, and the Czech Republic with movement and theatre troupes, Chloe's anxious to share her combined love of movement & yoga. And she's uniquely qualified! She completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with It's Yoga Nicaragua focusing on Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. She holds a MFA in Physical Theatre from Accademia dell'Arte, an MA in Theatre History from Illinois State University, a BA in Theatre/Speech Communications from Siena Heights University, and is certified in Level I Elemental Body Alignment (EBAS) instruction. When she's not spending time on her mat, Chloe' works as a movement and theatre coach and performance artist. For Chloe', "Yoga is a method of gaining balance, strength, and flexibility in all aspects of my life - it provides fun and freedom from stresses that often muddle our minds."
